These Terms describe the rules for using LeadPilot CRM. By using the service, connecting accounts, or inviting team members, you agree to use the product responsibly and only with proper authorization.
Use of the Service
LeadPilot CRM is provided to help businesses manage sales enquiries, connected inboxes, customer records, quote appointments, jobs, tasks, notifications, reports, and integrations. You must use the service lawfully and only for accounts, inboxes, calendars, and data you are authorized to access.
Accounts and Workspaces
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding access to their workspace. Workspace owners and admins control team access, roles, connected accounts, rules, and settings. Each workspace is intended to access only its own data.
Connected Google Accounts
When you connect Gmail or Google Calendar, you authorize LeadPilot CRM to use the requested Google permissions for CRM purposes, such as reading qualifying email messages, creating leads, and creating or updating quote and job calendar events. You can revoke Google access from your Google Account at any time.
Customer and Lead Data
You are responsible for ensuring that customer and lead data entered into or captured by LeadPilot CRM is collected and used in accordance with applicable privacy, marketing, and data protection laws. You should configure rules carefully to avoid capturing irrelevant or unauthorized data.
Third-Party Services
LeadPilot CRM integrates with third-party services such as Google, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Stripe, Meta, and advertising or website lead sources. Their own terms and policies apply when you use those services.
Availability and Changes
The service may change over time as features are improved, integrations are added, or third-party platform requirements change. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Security
You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another workspace, abuse public ingestion endpoints, upload malicious content, or interfere with the service. We may restrict or disable access if needed to protect users, systems, or data.
