Google data use
LeadPilot CRM requests Google access only when a user connects Gmail or Google Calendar. Google data is used for CRM workflows, not for advertising or sale.
LeadPilot CRM requests Gmail access so connected workspaces can read selected incoming messages, check them against lead rules, extract useful customer details where possible, and create CRM leads.
Sender, subject, snippet, body text and timestamps may be processed.
Rules can look for phone numbers, postcodes, keywords, labels and source patterns.
Gmail data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Google Calendar access is used when a user books quote visits or job blocks from the CRM and chooses a connected calendar.
Create quote visit events.
Create won-job calendar blocks.
Store calendar event references against CRM records where available.
Google data is used only to provide lead capture, calendar booking and related CRM workflows requested by the user or workspace.
No sale of Google user data.
No advertising use of Google user data.
No public demo page uses real Google data.
Users can disconnect access by removing the connected account inside LeadPilot where available, or by revoking access from Google Account permissions.
Reconnect is required if tokens expire or access is revoked.
Deletion requests can be sent to the support email.
Workspace owners should review connected accounts regularly.
Each company workspace is kept separate.
Private dashboards stay behind authentication.
Google data is used only for CRM workflows requested by the user.
OAuth tokens are handled server-side and are not exposed in the frontend.
Audit logs are used for important workspace actions where available.
