Data deletion

Requesting data deletion

This page explains how users can request deletion of account, workspace, customer, lead or connected Google data from LeadPilot CRM.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to dolans.uk@gmail.com. Include the workspace name, account email, and whether you want account data, workspace data, connected account data, or specific lead/customer records deleted.

Workspace name.

Account email address.

Description of the data to delete.

Proof that you are authorised for the workspace.

What happens next

The request is reviewed so the right workspace and data can be identified. Some records may need to be retained where legally required or where deletion would affect security logs.

We confirm the request details.

Connected OAuth access can be revoked.

Relevant CRM records are deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Google data deletion

If the request relates to Gmail or Google Calendar data, include which connected Google account was used. You can also revoke app access directly from your Google Account.
