LeadPilot CRM uses infrastructure and integration providers to operate the product. This page is informational and should be reviewed as the product moves toward wider commercial use.

Vercel for hosting.

Supabase for authentication, database and storage.

Google APIs for Gmail and Calendar integrations.

Resend where email notification delivery is configured.

Stripe where billing flows are configured.

Twilio placeholders for future SMS or WhatsApp notification workflows.

Integration providers

When users connect third-party services such as Google, Meta, website forms, Quotessa or Lead & Trade workflows, those providers may process data according to their own terms and policies.

Changes

Subprocessors may change as the product grows. This page should be kept updated before broader commercial rollout.

Current trust summary

Each company workspace is kept separate.

Private dashboards stay behind authentication.

Google data is used only for CRM workflows requested by the user.

OAuth tokens are handled server-side and are not exposed in the frontend.

Audit logs are used for important workspace actions where available.

Public demo pages use sample data only.
